QUEST DAY CAMP

What: QUEST DAY CAMP

• Week 1: July 12-16 from 8:30am-4:00pm (Try it for $10) - FULLY BOOKED -
• Week 2: July 19-23 from 8:30am-4:00pm - FULLY BOOKED -
• Week 3: July 26-30 from 8:30am-4:00pm - FULLY BOOKED -
• Week 4: August 3-6 from 8:30am-4:00pm (4-day week)

Ages: 3 years old to 10 years old (must be potty trained)
* Space for 3 year olds is limited to 10 children/week

Where: Meadowvale Community Christian Reformed Church located at 2630 Inlake Court (East, off of Glen Erin Rd)

Cost: Week 1: $10 Weeks 2-4: $89/child/week (same price for the 4-day week)

Bring: Children must bring their own lunch and 2 snacks (for our 2 different snack times). All food must be completely NUT FREE.

  Download the aplication here.  Since space is limited, please register your camper early by sending the completed application to the address or fax number below. Please make your cheque payable to Churchill Meadows Christian Church. In order to hold your registrations, the General Director, Nicole Parisien, must receive your signed forms and fees.

• REFUNDS
  
  In order to receive a refund, the QUEST director, Nicole Parisien, must be notified of your cancellation at least 7 days in advance of the registered week.
